Built in 1847 and completely renovated in 1978, this beautiful Greek Revival building has 19 separate suites on five floors, and 10 off-street parking spaces. The impressionist artist, Marie Cassatt, once lived here when her father, Robert, leased the property in the 1850’s. Exposed plaster on the ground floor shows a drawing made by a workman and the date “1847.”
